个人介绍
毕业于英国格拉斯哥大学bat365官网登录,获人类营养学博士学位,并于2015-2016年在英国格拉斯哥大学bat365官网登录从事博士后研究。长期致力于营养与肥胖、代谢性疾病及中枢神经系统的流行病学与基础研究。现任中国营养学会营养与免疫分会常务委员,中国营养学会膳食与烹饪营养分会委员,中国健康管理协会膳食营养健康分会理事,同时担任Asian Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition、《中国校医》等期刊编委,曾任Frontiers in Neuroscience客座编辑。近五年,以第一或通讯作者在Cell Metabolism,Redox Biology, Public health, European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Nutrients,Plant Foods for Human Nutrition,Proceedings of The Nutrition Society等国际高水平期刊发表SCI论文,研究成果入选2021年中国公共卫生领域高价值论文TOP100,中国营养学会营养健康研究院2021年度营养原创研究TOP15。主持和参与多项国家级、省部级科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流、青年基金、国家重点研发计划、教育部人文社科等,申请发明专利2项,参编著作2部,并入选上海市东方英才计划。
